Q: What information is required?

A: If you choose to ship any products distributed by Craft Connoisseurs LLC, you will need to provide a first/last name, phone number, shipping address information and pass a 21+ verification upon checkout.

 

Q: How long does my order take to arrive?

A: We fulfill within 1-2 business days and ship packages Tuesday-Friday based on the time your order was placed. All packages are sent UPS Ground priority and usually takes 2-5 business days to land on your doorstep depending on what shipping zone you live in.

 

Q: If I'm a local to Washington can I pick up my order in person and avoid shipping costs?

A: Yes! We have a physical location located at 21911 64th AVE W Suite B Mountlake Terrace, WA, 98043 for locals. You can email us at craftconnoisseursco@gmail.com or message us directly on Instagram @craftconnoisseurs to set an appointment and pick up your order same day.

 

Q: How is it legal?

A: Craft Connoisseurs LLC is a Liquor Control Board approved company and licensed through Washington as a direct shipment receiver in/out of the state.

 

Q: Can you explain the cost of shipping?

A: Our focus is protecting our customers as there are many laws that restrict interstate sales of beer. Delivery direct to your door is different than traditional mail for a few reasons. Liquid is heavy and fragile so it must be very well packed. We use vacuum seal bags to protect the cans and extra packing paper filler to prevent damaged cans.

 

 

Q: What is a can credit?

 

A: Although we go to extensive lengths to protect your order, we know unexpected things happen in transit that's out of our control and can's occasionally arrive leaking. If for some reason this occurs, no worries! Upon opening your package if you discover that you have a leaking can, please photograph or take a video and send it to us at craftconnoisseursco@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @craftconnoisseurs and we'll automatically apply a credit to your account for your next order.

 

 

Q: What if my beer has gone bad in transit?

 

 A: We cannot guarantee delivery of heavily fruited sours especially ones containing cream, lactose or ice cream during warmer seasons. If ordering during the months of June-October you are buying at your own risk. Thank you for understanding.

 

 

Q: What if my can is dented?

 

A: We understand many of you enjoy the art on the cans but these are meant to be drank and not a collectible object. As long as the can is not leaking it is still safe to consume and would not qualify for a can credit. 

 

 

Q: Can I return my order?

 

A: In short, no. We cannot legally receive any returned packages from the customer that contain alcohol. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at craftconnoisseursco@gmail.com to discuss your issue.
