Q: Why is shipping beer more expensive?
Shipping beer requires extra care due to:
✔ Legal Restrictions – Interstate alcohol sales are highly regulated.
✔ Weight & Fragility – Liquid is heavy and must be well-protected.
✔ Secure Packaging – We use:
- Vacuum-sealed bags to prevent leaks
- Extra packing materials to protect cans
Order Issues & Quality Concerns
Q: What is a can credit?
If a can arrives leaking, we offer store credit! Here’s how:
✔ Take a photo or video of the damaged can
✔ Send it to us via email or Instagram DM
✔ We’ll apply a credit to your account for your next order
Note: Dented cans are still safe to drink and do not qualify for credit unless leaking.
Q: Can I return my order?
❌ No, alcohol returns are not legally allowed.

Q: What if my beer goes bad in transit?
We take great care in packaging your order, but some beers are more sensitive to heat and transit conditions.
✔ High-risk items include heavily fruited sours, beers with cream, lactose, or ice cream—these styles are more perishable.
✔ Warmer months (June – October) can impact freshness due to temperature fluctuations during shipping.
If you're ordering during warmer months, we recommend enjoying your beer as soon as possible for the best experience! While we can’t guarantee freshness in extreme temperatures, we’re happy to provide guidance on the best shipping options for your order.
